Experience - The first is the realtor’s level of experience. There are a lot of realtors who are new to the game. Ask for the number of transactions they had last year. Team Lally is proud to have had 135 transactions in 2012 and we’ve helped 97 families this year buy and sell their home.

Marketing - One of the most important elements in real estate is marketing. Ask your realtor what their marketing budget is. Why is this so important? Marketing is what generates leads and gets great exposure for your home. We spend around $16,000 a month on marketing.

Team Support - Lastly, ask your agent whether they are part of a team. Real estate transactions involve hundreds of steps with different paperwork and other office duties. You want your realtor to be able to focus 100% on your home. It’s important that your realtor has an assistant or team to help. We have an administration team to help make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
